i really dont care abt the hat and the stickers but i seriously need the SPDIF converter thingy

That should be perfect but ring them up and go ape faeces at them telling them that your thing didn't come with any accessories

Somebody correct me if i'm wrong but i don't think they're including the hat with the M17x any more, same goes for the sticker.
As for the SPDIF converter, i think they stopped shipping them too. Probably because of this:

The one that used to come with the M17x R3 and M18x didn't had the correct dimensions. -

So they did away with the leather bound manual, the hat, the stickers?? Do they still include the mouse pad or did they do away with that?
I know these are really minor things that most people don't care about, but it's those little things that make it an Alienware vs a Dell (well ok, it's more then that, but I'm talking about the experience not the hardware).
Anyone else find this a bit concerning? -
m17x R2 had the leather bound manual, that then moved on to the M18x and taken off from the m17x R3 but included a mouse pad, hat, sticker and spdif adapter. I believe the R4 still has the mouse pad.

Hi Aceleo, I know that it might be stunning that we no longer ship our computers with the SPDIF converter, perhaps we can at least give you very accurate information on which one to get, please send us an e-mail to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible. #IWork4AW
Didnt get any SPDIF (TOSLINK), Hat, Stickers with m17x R4 !
