So, I just got my new m17x R3. Very lovely machine, however there's a slight buldge at the top center of my keyboard. Not sure what's going on there.
In any case, I copied WoW over, it ran beautifully with and without 3D. Then I decided to check benchmark scores. I installed 3dmark vantage and ran it. It started up in 3D mode and fps was terrible. I exited and unchecked "enable stereoscopic" in the nvidia control panel. Ran 3dmark again and it was STILL in 3D.
Anyone know what the issue is or how I can fully disable the 3D until I need it?

If you unchecked it, it's disabled. Maybe you didn't click apply?

Hm, I'll have to double check on that. In the meantime, do we have a keyboard shortcut to disable 3D? Like Fn + something?

When the program is running try pressing CTRL +T. I think that's the default key to toggle stereoscopic 3d.

That is the default key combo
Disable 3D for 460?
