I was playing a game for an hour or so then my screen turned black and turned off automatically.
Then it beeped 8 times, I manage to fixed it by draining the power.
Now whenever I start it up, it gives me a message something about me having a 180w charger instead of 240.
My nvidia also couldn't be detected, I checked BIOS and the discrete graphics is not detected.
    I have M17 R4

Sounds like your card died man. You could try re-seating the card and seeing if that helps, but I doubt it. :(

    Damn.. :(
i'll try re-seating it later, but how come I get a warning about my AC power adapter everytime I boot up?
" Warning: A 180w ac adapter has been detected, which is less than the recommended 240w adapter originally shipped. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available "
I never had it before the crash happend.
I am very sure I have 240w AC adapter.

Pull out your power cord, and hold down the power button for 30 seconds. That will clear any charge remaining in the system. Plug power back in and let's see if it fixed the error message. That happened to me 3 times and I fixed it with that method.

Then test out everything and it should be working normal again!

You could also try updating the BIOS, but it does seem like the card is not working properly. Is the PC still in warranty?

Thanks for advice, but I already did that about 10x or more, the warning still shows.

I updated my BIOS to A12, problem still persist. I'm afraid it's not in warranty anymore. I'm out of luck eh?

Which version of the R4 do you have (60hz or 120hz)? Can you run integrated graphics without the GPU? Can you POST? If so, what were the results? If nothing else helps, and since you are out of warranty, get with Alienware-L_Porras and see what can be done in regards to out-of-warranty support :)

I will probably just get a new gpu, but money is my problem. Thanks for advice.

Mine is 60Ghz. Yes I can run the integrated graphics. I can surf and watch videos fine, but I really can't play on this anymore, My FPS is really low ( 5 - 10 ) even in lowest settings on games. I guess i'll try contacting dell soon.
