    Hello,
I need some advice on how to calibrate the display on M17x R1 the 1900x1200 CCFL display. What is bothering me are the colors in games. Everything looks... umm how shall i put it... very yellowish and way off. In desktop mode everything looks ok if you ask me... From what i have seen if you import a color profile in windows the desktop colors are affected but the colors in games are not. Can you guys please give me a place to start, a link, some tips, maybe a color profile from your display.

    Thank you!

If you truly want a calibrated screen, you will need to buy a monitor calibration tool. There are many out there and I have gone back and forth between purchasing one myself.
Some of the more popular are:
Spyder3 eliete - review here Review - Monitor calibration with the Spyder 3 Elite
X-Rite EODIS2 Eye-One Display 2 - review here Eye One Display 2 monitor profiling review

There are other options available but those 2 are pretty well regarded.
