    Hi.

I'm trying to buy a used M17X, and seller claims it has 120hz.
Is there a way know whether it has 60hz or 120hz?
(I'll be probably meet him locally to examine the laptop)

    Thanks!

    I think only the 3D screens are 120HZ. If it's not 3D, then it's not 120HZ.

right click desktop and open nvidia control panel. click on change resolution. there will be a drop down box that says refresh rate at the top. if there is a 120hz option then its a 120hz screen
