iTunes and window media player have no problem at all, i don't know whether are Sony media go software not compatible with Window 7 64bit or my Cd rom problem, cause recently i having a Cd rom problem, it has already replaced from dell, but the Sony media go software still having a problem when i rip a music Cd, i also tried to use Sony media go software in dell studio 15 with window vista, it didn't have the problem when i rip five music Cds.

I already have media go installed on my M17xR1 and if I get a change I have a go tonight. But to be honest I'm not expecting any trouble but you never know.

Did you have the drive replaced because of your media go software problems or was it something else?

I played with it on my M17x R1 and had no problems, I just did not like the program, so I killed it. there are much better progs out there that do more.

No issues on mine either. You could try flashing the firmware for the disc drive again.

I only have this software because I had a Sony Eriksson phone with a relatively small collection of music on there and it was a more convienient way of transfering different songs on to the phone. That said it is not the best bit of software for music libraries especially if like me you have 48,000+ songs to sort out and organise.
