    Copy the files from C:\Program Files\IDT\OEM\Dell to C:\Program Files\IDT\OEM.
    Done.

I as well am experiencing the "Cannot find .startup file!." issue. I looked in C:\Program Files\IDT\OEM and there is no "Dell" folder to copy files from.

Sorry it isnt the full set of the files in C:\Program Files\IDT\OEM\Dell- the .mp3 would't compress to the point where I could attach it.

    Hope it helps!

Wow. That fixed it. I can't believe that what was missing was a 267 byte file.
    Thanks!
