I am getting about 15 fps on any scene that is a little bit complex running Dragon Age 2.

I am probably running at unreasonable settings, at 2560 x 1440 in dx11 at High (not Very High) res textures, all eye candy at max, except AA and filtering off. Using most recent official Dell drivers and VBIOS (the September ones) on 5870s in Crossfire.

What kind of performance are other people seeing?

Bioware Forums - Known DX11 Issues
Bioware Forums - 30 Second "lag" Issue
Bioware Forums - Patch 1.01 Beta

A lot of known issues with how this game implements DX11 and the current "official" drivers from both ATI and nVidia. Try using the latest from ATI to see if this helps; also, editing the DragonAge.ini file located at "%USERPROFILE\Documents\Bioware\Dragon Age 2\Settings" and setting "UseTripleBuffering" from 0 to 1.

Supposedly, there will be a patch from both Bioware and ATI/nVidia to address the crappy performance of DX11.

I am getting worse performance than expected as well. I have the latest drivers running everything max'd out 1920x1200 and I get really low FPS, while my M15x with an HD 5850 @ 1080P can handle everything perfectly fine.

I think it has to do with the drivers/game. They will probably release some updates to the game and drivers to fix the issue. I can max out every other game without issues, but this game gives me a problem. I dont think it is utilizing crossfire/SLI very well.
