hey guys, i never really needed wireless up until now. i realized my drivers arent installed on my computer for wireless, and i do not even remember what type of wireless card i have. i know for a fact that it is not a 6300.

so my question is how can i see what wireless card i have for my m17x r2? hopefully once i figure that out, ill be able to go onto the dell drivers website, and dl the right driver. thanks!

right click on My computer, hit Manage, then tap on Device Manager on the left panel.

    Extend both

    1. Network Adapter. If your wireless card does not show up here, go to step 2.

    2. Other devices (if your wireless card driver has not been installed, it will appear under this category). Double click on the "unknown device" to see the detail of your wireless card. There might be several unknown devices since you haven't installed all of them, but one of them should be the wireless card.
