This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     DvD not reading n poping out

    Hi

    Been a week, each time i put a dvd, somehow my 17x does not read it and eject it while giving an error that there is no disk inside .

    Is there any bug known to cause this problem ?
    To note that i already tried to disable , unistall, update, but nothing happened.
    Anyone know what to do ?

    did you try using a cd/dvd cleaner ? (maybe it can help)
