Been trying to make a switch to dvorak over the past year, and was just wondering if anyone makes a keyboard cover or replacement that has the dvorak layout?

I wonder how hard it would be to just re-arrange your keys?

do the keys even pop off? i was thinking an alternate solution would be to either 1. get a wireless keyboard (bleh one mroe thing for me to carry around) or 2. get a spare replacement keyboard, and use some double sided tape and print off the letters and stick them to the keys...

only problem is then i lose the cool looking lighted keyboard.
if the keys can be swapped that'd be awesome.

You could always get those key stickers to overlap for a different language.

All you need is two needles and patience.

I hate to do this, but since you've mentioned you're just getting into Dvorak, may I suggest Colemak? Oh, and I would go with Katalin's gruesome approach.

    *facepalm*
One needle to lift the key a little and the second one to detach the key.
If you don't know what you're doing, don't do it.
