    EDD last week and still not shipped???

    well I live in Canada and EDD is thursday next week and I got no news about it. It's still in production and EDD didn't change since I ordered (feb 5). Should i be worried?

    Is it an R3? If it is than you probably won't receive it for awhile because of the Intel recall.

    If it's not, then you shouldn't be that worried just call dell tomorrow and I'm sure they can assist you, they may even give you next day shipping :)

    I think Dell only uses 3 phases:

    Can't remember the first one lol, I think it's Processing Payment -> In production -> Shipped

    I missed when Alienware would have 9 phases, so you really knew what was going on.

    The website can be very slow at times. I have found mine almost here when they posted shipped. :rolleyes: Just call you should be ok. :cool:
