    Error installing new Command Center

    Hi,

    I tried to install the latest version of the Alienware command center but after starting the installation process it takes a while (verifying files, unpacking files, stating installation) and after a minute it stops and the installation does not continue and the installation process can only be stopped by quitting the installation program. Any idea what is going on and how to fix this?
