The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    i7 2820QM processor
    1.5gb 460m Nvidia card
    750gb hdd
    8gb ram
    17.3 in 1920x1080 screen 60hz, non 3d version.

Only had for 3 weeks, and properly( I think) installed all the drivers, since I havent had any bsod's for a few days now.

It still has 2yrs of warranty left if that matters at all.

If I wasn't supposed to ask this question in the m17x forum, I apologize in advance. Just curious on its current worth.

In USA the resale value is about 1.8k $ for that spec.

In EU and Asia the resale value is about 2.8k $ as the computer cost nearly double as much outside USA.

You could slap in a 6970M or 6990M yourself when they come out to get back up to the levels of two HD5870 and have less driver issues.
