So, I have been using a monitor for the M17x and it was working perfectly fine. I decided to do the Fn F7 trick, and no my monitor is very blurry. At first the 1080p resolution didn't fill the entire screen, but I did the scaling, and it finally filled the screen, but its still blurry, any pointers?

What's the screen refresh rate? If it's set to 85Hz, try going to 60Hz.

My (and many others it seems) m17x's did not come with the 7970's drivers installed. Go to Dell's website and download and install the 7970 drivers if you have not already. It may do the trick.
