    Hello!

I recently purchased an Azio Large Print Tri-Color USB keyboard. It works fine except for the volume controls. When I press volume either up or down, it goes all the way up or down and then the buttons stop working all together. If I try to change the volume with my mouse, it won't work, because the computer thinks someone is holding down the volume up or down buttons. I have to unplug the keyboard and plug it back in to get it to work again, but then the same issue happens if I touch the volume controls.

I know it's not the keyboard because I have 2 of the same keyboards and they both do the same thing. Any ideas of how I can fix this? I'd really love to have the volume controls working on this external keyboard. Thanks!

Do they have a drivers disc? Did you try different ports?

Yes, I tried different ports. All the same. They have no drivers disc but it automatically downloaded the drivers, and I also tried going to their site and reinstalling the drivers myself. Nothing worked.

To shut off the backlighting you hold down the "LED Illumination" button for a few seconds. Also, to turn the computer's volume up and down, press and hold the little speaker button while at the same time pressing one of the special function media forward and reverse buttons.

I'm not seeing any speaker button on the keyboard.

Also, it seems that all the media and function keys stop working as soon as I use any of them. Example, I press the "homepage" button, my default browser opens, but then all the buttons don't function until I unplug the keyboard and plug it in again. Same with the volume and the rest of the buttons.
