Okay, so I'm really wanting to play Final Fantasy XIV here. So far, it runs really, really slow on my R1 and I'm trying to figure out what's up with it. During gameplay the FPS is around 18-20; I can't stand it. I remember running the benchmark test a while back not being nearly as bad as this.

Here's a page describing the graphics options: FFXIV External Configuration

    Anyone have any ideas?

Don't feel bad, it didnt' run all that great on my R2. Atleast that's what I experienced in Beta.

When my computer isn't acting up I was getting around 40-60 FPS. I think it's a driver issue and poor software optimization because if I die and respawn at an Aetheryte stone, my FPS drops to 20 and gets stuck there.

Okay, well I found one issue that surely isn't helping: the game isn't running in SLi mode.

Apparently ATI already has a Crossfire fix, but Nvidia hasn't made an SLi profile for the game yet.

    Ugh!
