    FPS Drops and Audio Loops. Please Help!

    The majority of the games I play drop from a steady frame rate all the way down to about 3 and then up again. This happens every 15 seconds. Another issue is that I have audio loops. For instance if someone said
    "Get to the tower", it would go "Get to the the the the tower." This also occurs about every 15 seconds. Please Help!
    I also have a Geforce GTX 560M but it doesnt show in the dxdiag

    Have you tried the latest audio and video drivers from DELL?
    Is this happening only on one game?
    What Revision of m17x is it? Are you using the Optimus settings?

    The m17xr3, I use Nvida's latest drivers because the work a lot better then dell's but im having trouble finding audio driver bc im not sure what audio device I use and it happens in the majority of games, some have fps drop and audio loops, some have either or.

    It is better to use the dell drivers because they are more stable and gives better support to optimus technology. You may need to try this out.

    I installed dells intel and nvidia drivers, my lag seems okay, but the loops continue

    Have you tried the Audio drivers as well and the latest BIOS available on our support site?
