Hey guys, Um, you remember me? I'm the guy who installled Windows 8 over my os and now I finally got it back!! .............now I'm wondering, what can I do next time my lappy goes out of hand. Can I still bring It back to factory default like I have in the past? I still have the D: drive with the .wim file. Any help would be appreciated, thanks [: O and I also tried to make a recovery disc using Alienrespawn but It tells me I don't have enough space on my harddrive. I don't know what to do and I'm burning It to a disc, so why does the harddrive size matter? And I even tried to put It on a Flash Drive but It says "An Error Has Occoured".

The best I can do is give you some advice.

When it comes to Beta "Anything," never bother installing it unless you know how to not only revert everything, but "UNDERSTAND" that its beta and will have bugs. Also try not to expect help on every issue especially on things that are extremely new.

For instance, "Nvidia has released new beta drivers." Please don't go "OMG I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD IT CUZ ITS NEW AHHHH!"

Video card proceeds to hit 95C+ and melts.

Just think twice before installing anything beta, developer, or herein unknown. And please read the other threads that give excellent advice on restoring after whatever situations. It will save you plenty of trouble, and you won't have to ask for help on every issue.

The general point of released open beta is to experiment on different types of systems and hardware and to find bugs and glitches. Most people will not submit input as seen in many open beta online games, but there are enough to find some minor or in some cases major problems.

So, anything BETA, don't use it unless your sure you know what your doing.
It'll save you alot of stress and time.

True true, I learned my lesson, and yeah, I tried F8 but It did not give me the factory default option. I learned from my mistake.
