    I can run Fallout at 50-60fps on ultra/high/whatever in most areas, usually ~30 when I'm outside, but the fps sometimes drops as low as 12 when looking a certain direction. Anyone else have this? Anyone find a fix?

    If you purchased through steam, make sure you have downloaded and installed the latest Fallout 3 patch.
