    Recent probleme:
When I open the laptop after 2-3 min the fans start spinning at 5400rpm shown in hwinfo the laptop it's freeze...i cant move mouse laptop doesnt work for 3-5secconds...after this 3-5s the fans return to normal and it starts to work normal, it happens in 12 hours max 2 times but for sure 1 time every boot.
And now...after long hours of play I checked my temps and...randomly the fans stop working...the temps reached 99c...they dont spin for a while...dont know why, at 99c the fan speed was 0.
Only the cpu, so this happens only at the cpu fan.

It was most likely the SupportAssist Agent causing it.
The SupportAssist is the updated version of the Alien Autopsy.
Nothing harmful, just something we usually ask the user to have installed when we're diagnosing for problems over the phone.

Doesn't matter.. It's bloat, wastes space and CPU cycles... Uninstall it..
