    Hello, i uninstalled this software from my M17x R3 when i wasn't very happy with it . How can i download it again and give it another try ? It came preinstalled. I couldn't find a link on the dell page. Thanks for any help. :confused:

    I've downloaded it numerous times and reinstalled. I still get no facial reco anywhere I login. Or any where to enable it. Why?!?!

    My r3 did not come with it installed. I re-downloaded and re-installed command center, same results. Wish I could get it to work! :(

    uninstall both the webcam and the Fast recon

    then install both and check if you are missing any MS downloads (ie framework etc...)

    Yeah apparently it is a separate purchase or something. Or you can buy it from the sensiblevision website.

    Meh, not that big of a deal. But it was certainly advertised with my R3 when I ordered on the phone so that kind of pisses me off.

    I received my M17x r3 at the end of August this year and the face recognition software was preinstalled. Following the advice given here, I logged into the "my dell" account and it showed I could download it 3 more times. I don't know when preinstalled became standard. Please check when you log into dell and see if it is there and available for download.

    Thanks buzz. I'm looking into it, however my service tag isn't working.

    Having issues with my laptop on the first day makes me =(. My screen is flickering like crazy after 2+ hours of gaming. Hopefully dellienware gets my message, I hate their phone customer service lmao.
