    Hey

[EDITED] ok I I found all the answers to my first problem in Batboys Fresh install guide, I should have looked harder before I posted.

However I still cant figure this one out :p

when I turn it on, before the alienware logo and boot options come up, it displays the two hard drive options and gives me a setup promot before going to the Alien screen. Is this normal? and will it always do this from now on ?

By the way it is an M17x R3

In the BIOS your drives are set to raid mode. If you don't want to see that prompt at startup, enable ahci mode and reinstall windows.

I had to clone my 750gb HDD to my 240gb SSD, did the registry tweak went into bios, changed from ATA do AHCI. Cloned the HDD and it worked without any problems.
