Check your temperatures with HWMonitor IMMEDIATELY.

If the fans AREN'T running then it is SERIOUS. Try running a game-if temperatures go anywhere near 100C, then stop playing, and contact Dell immediately, before you do any damage to the 260s.

He may of started his computer up without his power cable inside. Shut down the Computer. When the Alienware head comes up hit F2 go to advanced settings than graphic settings. Make sure integrated graphics is disable if it is enabled that is why. The fans do not spin when you have your integrated graphics card on. But! If it is disable and the fan isn't spinning. Follow the instructions in the first Reply. ALSO Hybrid is also for Vista machines. IT should always be disabled

I have the exact same issue. Integrated is off... temps reaching 100 degrees. Also i have noticed that when i enable my overclock in the bios that i cannot boot up on integrated graphics or in hybrid mode at all... black screen. Only when i turn off integrated can i boot overclocked.

Running A03 bios - never had these problems til last week... any thoughts?

*EDIT* Nevermind the problem is sorted. My FSB value was causing the symptoms so i increased it by 5 and it all seems to work normally. Now if Nvidia would only release a new driver with the dpc fix i'll have a fully working machine.
