    Ok at the moment I have a AMD 6870m on my R3. I run my 6870m w/ a little oc 800/1100 clocks when playing graphic intensive games. Im planning on upgrading to a 6970m or 6990m. I have a few questions to ask.



    1. How much performance gain will I get from each at stock clocks?

      According to a thread here a 6990m cost $427 trough dell, If I sell my 6870m and get the 6990m trough dell what will happen to my warranty?

      If I get a 6970m trough someone here at nbr what will happen to my warranty?

      Will my heatsink assembly be compatible with both?

    I would call Dell and ask them.

    Performance gain is huge comparing the 6870 with the 6990m.
