I noticed this on my Alienware17 lately. After I exit the game I played the GPU fans doesnt stop spinning until I open GeFore Experience or the Nvidia Contol Panel. I also have RealTemp installed to monitor the CPU and GPU tmps in my taskbar. So most of the time I just hit the GPU temp to launch the GUI and after doing that the fan stops and the GPU temp in the taskbar suddenly drops after that. What gives?

Try to restore to an earlier point where the fans were normal, maybe this was happening due a driver/program that maybe interfering with the normal working condition.

Remove all your drivers properly and reinstall , see if that fixes it. If not, backup and reload windows.

I think you should remove all NVIDIA GPU crap using Display Driver Uninstaller, remove the intel crap this way and then do the following..

Install the Intel drivers from intel website.
Then install the NVIDIA GPU stuff..

See if this fixes it.. Reinstalling the OS over this is a bit extreme IMO... Only if what I told you didn't work, then reinstall OS and all drivers!

I've got this behavior too. It seems to be an issue with optimus. When I'm gaming for a longer time and GPU temp is around 70degrees and afterwards closing the game the fan need to spin to cool the GPU down. But at the same time optimus is switching to igpu and the sensors doesn't look after the dgpu and keep spinning. After opening nvidia control center or gpuz the sensors are initializing the temp and the fans calming down.

Reinstalling all drivers and using alienrespawn didn't help so far.

That makes sense why my gpu fans doesn't stop... Is there a fix for that?

I don't know if there's a fix. I would say it depends on nvidia not alienware. AFAIK other users (Asus, clevo) are facing this problem too.
