Okay this is probably some noobish question... but exploring HWINFO64, in the sensor tab, when I scroll down I get these crazy numbers (and my laptop's keyboard would feel quite warm...
Please look at the nvapi @ GPU 1 nvidia geforce tab... and tell me if those 407% and 280% are normal at idle ?! and what does it mean :S ????
    Thanks in advance! XD

It doesn't mean anything except that the utility got confused and scrambled data, probably because of collisions with other programs reading and transmitting the same sensor data. Just close and reopen HWINFO64, and it will return to form. I've had similar experiences with other items, most often clock frequencies that will occasionally report at 3x-4x actual speeds. The cause is the code, not your computer.
