    Have you an answer why its wrote Gtx 485m when i ve ordered it with with a Gtx 580m

    PS. Im french so the spec sheet is in french and ive just ordered the gtx 580m cause ive got a deal on it only 150$ more than the base ati 6870m

    I think that is a typing error. It will probably without doubt come with a 580m. I would call up the rep to make sure everything is correct though.

    Dont worrie they dont offer a gtx 485 in that atm and never will. Your good to go it will be a 580.

    Not really, the 580M has higher clock rate at the same power consumption.

    Both are based on the GF1xx GPU, so there are some common similarities in the feature set. Both support DX11 and OpenGL 4.1. If you currently have the 485M, there would be literally no upgrade benefits.
