    Hi everyone,

I recently bought an Alienware laptop M17XR3 that already got some issues. In the device manager under "Display adapters", two cards are displayed: Intel HD Graphics Family and the GTX 560M which appears as a "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" with the yellow exclamation mark and the error "This device cannot start (Code 10)".

A Dell technician came to change the video card but of course didn't resolve the issue and didn't succeed to install any drivers...

Also under Hardware Ids the value seems strange:
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1255&SUBSYS_04BA1028&REV_A1
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1255&SUBSYS_04BA1028
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1255&CC_030000
    PCI\VEN_10DE&DEV_1255&CC_0300
Are these the standard values for a GTX 560M video card, shouldn't it be DEV_1251 ?

Do you have any idea what is causing the issue and how to resolve it ?

    Thanks you very much !

    Specifications of the laptop:
    Intel Core i7 Processor 2760QM (2.40Ghz, 6MB, 4C)
