    hey my cpu is getting cained... like 95 degrees when playing gw2 at 60fps... and when it gets hotter I get a fps drop to 15 like thermal cpu issue....

    Max payne puts my cpu to 83 degrees and no fps drops and gaming in general feels fine 60 fps.

    I checkd fans and cleaned them. do you think i need to re paste ?

    you might wanna try the re-pasting. I have seen some issues with GW2 and D3 not letting the fans kick in. Maybe you can use MSI afterburner to get them to manually kick in. If that does not work the paste would be the way to go.
