    Gaming Performance lost over night

    Hey, i bought Black Ops yesterday and played in for about 5h with Max quality settings, i had no lag at all, but the next day when i were going to play, it lagged as hell, even the sound lagged... Both in MP and SP :S
    Same thing in WoW, had 60 FPS, next day, 6-10 FPS!

    Is the Windows power plan set to 'High Performance'?
    All sliders under '3D' in Catalyst Control Center should be to the far left accept for 'Mip Mapping', and 'Catalyst AI'.
    Are you in Stealth Mode? You should NOT be if you want any kind of gaming performance.
    Is your laptop plugged into the wall?
    This sound to me like a Stealth Mode issue. An old school monochrome Nintendo GameBoy could play Black Ops.

    I found the problem. I had the same issue as This guy which made my PC cut down on the gaming performance
