Im getting an Alienware this month because my current macbook just died on me. Since im in the Apple Ecosystem for a long time, im wondering if this is a right time to get the Alienware?
You all know mac users have this Apple Buying Guide. Since im switching i dont have any knowledge yet if this is the right time to get one. I dont want to get one then all of a sudden there is a refresh in all the models. That would suck.

June is usually when they release new stuff. More specifically, probably around E3.

If you are talking graphics cards those will not be refreshed until probably early next year.

Nothing that I'm really aware of, the 800 series of nvidia cards is still just hitting stores

Alienware refreshes their systems every year. Even if the hardware stays the same, they may change the chassis, the screen, etc. Something unrelated to NVIDIA or AMD is likely going to be released this summer at E3 like last year. I would be surprised if nothing changed. I find that to be very unlikely.

Even if nothing changes, you can't wait a month to find out? It's well worth the wait.

I agree, if you can wait then it might be worthwhile to do so. If, on the other hand, you are computerless and can't wait, that's a different story. I was going to wait but I ended up getting such a great deal on the current A17 that I chose to pull the trigger. Either way, you're going to get a decent machine.

Yes im computerless right now... Im so used to have a computer i didnt actually knew how hard it was to be computerless untill mine broke down.
If theres no GPU or CPU update this year then i would guess maybe a touch screen or a higher resolution screen like 4K will play. Is that worth the wait? Im still deciding if ill wait ;(

What is the return policy of alienware?

If you do photo editing, video editing, CAD, etc. then the 4K screen will be nice. If you are mainly going to game, then the current mobile GPUs aren't powerful enough to push games at that high of a resolution. In my experience, a touch screen on a laptop isn't beneficial. Now this is MY experience...I never really used the touchscreen when I had a full keyboard and mouse/touchpad. With Windows 8, you may use it more, but only if you are using the new interface or any of the apps from the Windows store. I have my machine boot straight into the desktop and I can't remember the last time I was on the Windows Store...
