I've had my AW m17x for almost a year now and my warranty is about to expire on August. I was recently called by a AW tech and was told I could renew my warranty for 2 extra years for $302 (The basic warranty, not the accidental one which I currently have) with a $75 dell gift card, so does this seem like a fair price?

I've only had one issue with this laptop and that was the screen which was replaced by a tech. Any advice you guys could give me would be appreciated.

It is a fair price with the gift card. that would take you out 3 years, a lot can go wrong in that amount of time. You would feel pretty sad if a year from now something dies on it.
I myself believe in all the protection you can purchase on a 3 - 4k system.
