Hi guys I recently got my M17x-R2, and I was wondering are these normal gpu temperatures:

At about 47% load I was at 58C.
My cpu is at about 40C as well.

I ask this because I heard many good things about Alienware's cooling system and that it usually never goes past 50C unless its on load. So I just want to confirm that everything is alright and if not should I call them to get a tech to fix it for me.

    ~Thank you.

Ok, thanks I also found it weird that the temp was 56C at idle and 58 at almost 50% load.

If you want to really stress the graphics, get Furmark.

there are a couple of reasons that explain that, it's normal regardless.
