Guys, I NEED HELP. PLEASE READ THIS THREAD T_T

Just received my Alienware m17x few day ago.
But I'm facing this massive issue and got no idea how to solve it. Tried to uninstall and re-install those program.
But the problem still remain the same. I feel likes throwing this laptop out of the window = (

Okay now i list out the problem :

1. Catalyst Control Center and Switchable Graphic - NOT WORKING ( latest version currently)
2. Program crash. Example like Firefox, Media player and so on.
3. Once restart definitely will pop out blue screen after the Alienware logo loading section. After that Windows will only show me the only option [ restore ].

My spec :
1. 3rd Generation Intel® Core™ i7-3740QM Processor 6MB Cache
2. Windows 8 Single Language, English (64bit)
3. 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 SDRAM (2 x 4GB)
4. 2TB 5400RPM Hard Drive (1TBx2)(Raid 0)
5. AMD Redeon HD 7970M

Hard to say without knowing more, but based on what you're saying I would start over and reinstall Windows - a full, fresh install and not a repair install, using the Windows disc that came with your machine. Then reinstall the drivers, using this as a guide:

Helo Jeff,

I decided to clean install back the windows thru the Alienware program.
So far, no issue restarting and starting up some program.
But i can feel the system gone a little bit slower than before.
First time buying Alienware product, bad luck for me. I guess.
