This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Just a little bit of information.

    I received my replacement unit and I'm mostly pleased. However the ODD was rattling, as some users have reported.

    The old unit had a Phillips Lite-On and the new unit has the H.L. The Phillips doesn't rattle.

    So I swapped the ODD from my older unit into this replacement.
