    Hard Drive not showing up in windows installer

    Hello all,

    I just bought the Samsung 1 TB EVO and installed windows on it, but my second hard drive which is my original drive is not listed on the windows installer. Installer is run by booting from CD. The HD is a Samsung 1 TB 7200 RPM. The 1 TB 7200 RPM drives works fine and I am boot from it for my original windows installation. Also it shows up when I boot from the SSD in the windows explorer menu. Any ideas? I want to format the original hard drive with a clean windows installation. Thanks in advance.

    You may need to load the IRST drivers from an USB to get it to appear.
