    Has Alienware reduced the Webcam Megapixel from 3.2MP -->2.1MP ?

    R3 has 2.0MP, according to the website the r4 has 2.1MP. Not sure where you got 3.2MP

    I always thought the R3 had a 2mp webcam, and I checked my order details it doesn't state any details on a webcam. Soo sadly i guess its been downgraded, the m17x's camera is good and gets the job done.

    a photo with a resolution of 2048x1536 is suposed to be 3.2 mpx? i ask because the webcam of my m17xr3 can make photos at this resolution, then its a 3.2 mpx camera

    I guess Dell always finds something to jack us with and getting us disappointed. I wonder what other freaking problems they are gonna dump on us via R4.

    The current R4 quotation doesnt mention anything about megapixels or resolution. It mentions Full HD 2.1 webcam. Whatever that means!!!!!!!
