    Sorry I can't help you directly, but I always make my purchases with a credit card that will double the manufacturer's warranty. That often gives you a second year free!

    Haggle haggle. They quoted £360 to extend r2 last year. In the end I emailed tech support they offered 3years NBD £130.

    I used the Dell website. There was no name on account mgr just Customer Services. Persistence is a virtue. Just checked invoice. Sorry it was £140 3year for 2 NBD. I was surprised at the price. Needed as mobo and GPU required changing 6 months later.
