How do you guys do it?

What paste do you use, where did you get your thermal pads, what laptop cooler do you use?

I was thinking of getting the Coolermaster SF-19 Striker as I like the airflow or the NZXT Cryo.. Both seem to cool within 2-3c of eachother and I *REALLY* like the USB hub and AC Adapter. I don't want to have to plug my computer in via USB.

Anyone have either of these? How are they?

Honestly a laptop cooler isn't going to help much other than just idle temps which don't mean much on this rig as it's pretty cool at idle. At full load the NZXT I used only helped about 2-3 degrees more than just elevating the back of it. As far as paste I used MX-4, pads I used Fujipoly premium 0.5mm pads and I bought the thermal pads and paste from frozencpu.com. The pads and paste are far better than a cooler as I got almost a 10 degree improvement from the stock pads/paste.

I've been using AS5 on both gpu's and the cpu's. Been keeping things cool. I have a cooling pad, but never use it unless my laptop is on the bed - to keep the sheets from blocking the vents.

Grab a Scrabble box or a binder, and you're set 4 life ! Well, add some paste and thermal pads, and you should be good for watever you're gonna do. :)

I really am thankful for the cooling system on modern computers, cuz I always had to elevate my hp, or at least keep the intake free from blockages/dust.

I use AS5 on GPU's/CPU, havent even changed stock pads. Temps generally stay below 80 even with everything overclocked and overvolted.
