    So I gave my friend my old 460m for $50 because I didn't need it anymore so he could SLI it in his...weird machine.

    However he's upgrading to 6970's and wants to know if the heatsinks are the same. Anyone know?

    What's his laptop model?
    It should be the same, yes but thermal pad position will vary.
