    Help! Alienware crashes

    So i just got my alienware m17x r4 and im playing guid wars 2 for about an hour then it suddenley turns off. So 5 minutes later i turn it back on and start playing again but this time it crashes after 10 minutes of play. Why is this happening, what should i do?

    I used to have an issue like that which was caused from faulty ram... I'm sure you're playing with it plugged in right? Did you make sure it is charging? Something could be loosely connected internally.. it's hard to say.

    I was about to say, either your battery isn't being charged during gameplay or your temps are not going down.

    If it's on a flat table, use a book and lift up the back end of the machine and try it then. Odds are, you're overheating...which is what it sounds like.
