    Help , NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Problem

    Hi people , I was playing DOTA2 , and idk what happend but in the middle of the game mi screen change from the best graphics ever to the worst , my screen looks pixeled :S , what happen? i didnt move anything! , and exit the game and everything is like that :/ , I restart the lap and nothing , then I went to advanced settings and shows me Dedicated Video Memory 0mb and System Video Memory the same! , : S , I had 2gb :S so? , and idk when I right click it says Intel graphics :/ idk , i think i have the intel graphics , how can I change , is it an emergency? i didnt move anything :( , please help

    Intel Graphics being displayed is because of optimus.
    Sounds like your nvidia card died. You should try to reinstall drivers and see if that fixes anything first, and otherwise head to the warranty service or a laptop repair shop.

    What!? , but I have the lap like 2 months ._., how can I reinstall these drivers?

    Find the driver for your GPU (you don't state what machine or gpu you have :() on support.dell.com, run the setup and select clean install from the advanced option.

    Sounds to me like you card has failed but if you still see these problems in windows when the intel is active then it might be something else. Time to call in the AW support. There are a bunch of things you could try but why stress yourself when it's their responsibility to get it fixed ;).

    If you don't have anything installed that you don't want to loose you could fire up alien Respawn and select 'Factory restore'. The support guys like it when you have already tried it :D

    High end components come with bleeding edge reliability as well as a premium price tag and why I would never buy a laptop from anyone else ATM. The warranty is always a winner for me, I'm on my second new machine and had the GPU replaced twice already in this one :D

    Smells like the dedicated GPU failed hence why it switched to the Intel graphics mid game.

    If its under warranty its a simply case of logging it with Dell support and getting a technician out to replace the GPU. If out of warranty it might be costly.

    I dont purchase the warranty, or u mean the warranty that comes with the lap?

    The warranty that comes with the laptop. If its only 2 months old and was purchased from Dell it should carry at least 1 year warranty.

    Looks like AW are not sold in Puru but the warranty is international to allow people to travel and still get support. You'll need to get in touch and see what help they can offer.

    Edit: Just had a look around and although I can't read spanish it looks like AW is supported in Puru. I got here from the international warranty page: Información de contacto | Dell Perú
