I was updating my m17x r2 with new bios but it frozed my screen so i was forced to reboot my pc by powering off.
But when i tried to turn on my computer it just reboot itself and i dont see any bios posts texts on the screen.

time to call Dell ...
-
Contact alienware/dell and let them know you were in the middle of a BIOS upgrade and the machine locked up and now the BIOS is corrupted and you need to have it repaired.
-
So there is no way to fix it myself? i Dont want to send my laptop to Dell they will take 6 weeks to fix it.

I think you are bricked. But don't get too crazy over it; they will fix you up. The BIOS chip is probably done for, and it's soldered in, so you will get a new motherboard. Just call them up.

Were you updating via windows or through a burned CD? I ran my A10 through windows and I think it did a backup of the old one so there might be a way of recovering if you did it that way. If it froze and no backup was made then you're in for a call.

i done it through windows 7 ultimate it frozed my computer for a long time so after 2 hours i decided to turn it off and reboot it.

I would call Dell then and maybe they can recover it somehow. I know it makes a backup of the old bios and it would be a pretty useless feature if it's never put to use.

His issue doesn't have anything to do with the "solution" you posted.
It's clearly a BAD FLASH. sadly -
I will make this the last time i ever flash my bios from dell
it's too dangerous using their bios
-
Never had a problem with it myself. Until there's a good replacement for BIOS that everyone actually starts using, there's always the chance of bricking it. Nature of BIOS being what it is, it will always have this problem if an update does not go well.

One of these days, the BIOS will be completely obsolete. The whole concept is slowly dying out (according to what I've read) and we will start seeing a better integrated software solution that mitigates some of the clunkiness of having a BIOS at all. But for now, we have to flash 'em, no choice.

That's why I love Apple no bios to worry about... -
IIRC Apple use EFI. I'll be glad when more PCs use UEFI (see some of the new SB Asus motherboards for some really nice examples). The problem is, is that EFI/UEFI is really just an interface on top of whatever boot system is in place. It can be on a BIOS as well. BIOS/EFI are the basis of a boot, and therefore any time you are updating one there is a chance of it breaking, no matter what kind it is. The whole reason people want to move away from the traditional BIOS is that it still requires a direct 16bit connection to the processor as well as places hard limits on usable memory and various other things that are a little more difficult to get away from without a complete software rewrite. It is important to remember that BIOS and EFI are just software, and that EFI just removes some of the limitations that were never taken out of the BIOS specifications.
Apple's EFI is just a prettier version of BIOS with more functionality.
Help me please I am in big ....
