I am talking about the keypad in the upper right that has the volume, fast forward, wireless etc. Here is what's happening.

    Pressing:

Volume down makes Volume go Up
Volume Up makes Volume go down
Mute does not seem to respond

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Regards,
    Matt

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the OSD,
You can uninstall it in the control panel under programs and features. To install it you will need to download it from here.
