I'm having this really weird issue that's happening on my recently bought m17xr3 that I can't really explain, to clarify things I made this video:
Horizontal lines issue on M17x - YouTube
as you can see horizontal bars keep popping up on my screen as soon as I enter any game (Battlefield 3 was just an example) and the gameplay gets really laggy.. this started happening about 2 weeks a go and progressively started getting more and more often, up to a point where it is happening every single time I try to play..
I'm sorry for my crappy english, I'm not a native speaker, but I really wish you guys could help me, this is really bothering me..

    computer specs:
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2630QM CPU @ 2.00GHz
2 GB AMD Radeon HD 6900M Series
    8GB Dual Channel DDR3 at 1600MHz (4DIMMS)
    500GB 7200RPM SATA 3Gb/s

    I had a tearing bar I resolved - 6990m tearing on video?

*Disregard, your video finished processing and I could watch it. Mine wasn't like that . Are those bars static looking?

Thanks for the answer but I checked a few other people that actually had the same problem than you and apparently it's not the same as mine, because I tried the solutions and it didn't work.. any other ideas?

*now that I saw your edit: I'm not actually sure what they look like.. another observation is that my computer seems to be really slower when I have that issue, loadings take more, etc

There is no support for the version of your graphics adapter.
