My keys are getting pretty stiff for some obscure reason and I was wondering how am I supposed to clean it ?
    I had this laptop for 2 years+ so I think it's time ...

    A video would be great.

I am surprised you waited so long to do that! I am very skeptical about the cleanliness of my computers. Best way possible and safest is to switch off your pc, remove battery and power cord from the system, take a soft cloth and damp it with little water; make sure the cloth is 'squeezed' to the maximum to remove as much water as possible from it, and wipe everything you can on your system including keyboard, surface and screen. If the cloth gets dirty in the process, follow the same from the start (wash it with warm water etc. etc.). Try not to use any chemicals. This is the best and safest way not to damage the paint or have any other surprises unnecessarily by doing something crazy.

Please make sure you do not leave any water on the surface or anything else (this should not even be the case, because is not like you are going to give your computer a wash). Best of luck!

P.S. I use a screen cleaner (which is based on water), spray it on a fiber cloth from a pair of glasses and wipe of my computers of any marks or dust while the systems are shut off and the power cord / battery is removed.
