    Screen shot

Basically As you can tell.. the stupid IE browser screen is bigger than it should be, and it stretches to the whole screen, not just till the taskbar, but it goes below the taskbar.. which is really annoying.

Like for facebook chat.. whenever someone talks to me.. it comes below the taskbar.. making it impossible for me to chat to someone unless I move the taskbar or resize the screen.. every. single. time.

Google chrome goes above the taskbar.. so clearly I've hit something. Any ideas?

Id say it was your taskbar not being locked, or having problems when it hides . if chrome didn't work. The safest suggestion would be to try to reinstall IE..... or firefox :D

Edit: try scaling down your DPI setting to like %120, its probably at $180 ( assuming your talking about the computer in you sig with the 1080p ? )
