I recently installed a Killer 1103 wireless card. I definitely had bluetooth before the card upgrade, but now I'm not so sure if I do. I thought I used bluetooth after the card installation, but I could be wrong. Now when I try to use bluetooth, it won't connect to anything, and when I try to install the driver it gives me error 1935 or something.
Is there any way to check if I still have bluetooth? Was it in the old card but not in the Killer 1103? Bluetooth shows up in Device Manager, so I'm not sure what to do next.
    Thanks in advance!

Make sure your radio hardware is on (the second media button from the right should be lit up). Go to your device manager and under "Network Adapters" right click "Bluetooth Device (Personal Area Network)" and click "Uninstall". Restart and allow Windows to install the driver. Try to connect your device now and see if it works.

I uninstalled it and then I didn't restart because I was in the middle of something, but then today, a popup told me the bluetooth device driver was installed. All my current bluetooth connections still have the yellow triangle with the exclamation point though. I removed one thing and reconnected it and now it seems to be fine. Obviously I still have bluetooth since it discovered and connected to my bluetooth headset, but I'm not sure what caused the problem in the first place...

EDIT: well actually, after I connected the bluetooth headset, the yellow triangle was still there...Now what...? :/

What does the error say? Does it say that the driver for the device is missing?
What device you trying to connect?

Yeah it says the device driver is missing, but when it tries to search for it, it never finds it.

The same thing happens when I connect my phone to my R3 via bluetooth. But I'm still able to transfer files despite this. What device are you trying to connect to your computer?

I just tried it again and while I have don't seem to have problems connecting my phone the "driver missing" message is still there. Have you tried searching for a driver for them from the manufacturer?

Haven't had that problem so I'm not sure if this works. I just found this by googling:

    Error Code 1935 Installation

Take a look and see if you want to try.

I didn't try that, but it works now for some reason. Windows told me I was missing a bluetooth driver and it gave me the link to download it from broadcomm, so I tried that and during the installation, it said to uninstall my old BT driver, so I did, but then the broadcomm driver still wouldn't install! So then I tried the Dell driver, and that installed fine (without the error this time) and now it seems to be working fine.

I have the exact same error. But whenever I try to install Bluetooth software from dell site, I get a message " Activate Bluetooth Using Wireless Switch " and then nothing happens. I went into the extracted folder and tried to install Bluetooth manually but it is not working. Somebody please help me install the Bluetooth software.

If Dell driver is not working for you, have you tried what the OP did? He downloaded the driver from Broadcomm site.

Well I TRIED to... :( the stupid Broadcomm driver wouldn't install over the old one and then even after I uninstalled the old one, it still wouldn't work. After that, the Dell driver installation worked though.

So, the solution might be to just uninstall the old one driver, then try the installation again.
