I have dual 260M's and the latest Nvidia driver that works pretty well but it won't let me dedicate a card to Physx. The box is grayed out. I thought that was supposed to be one of the cool new features of the latest drivers. Does anyone know how to do it?

I am not sure but you might have missed the Physx installation..
Install this and see if it works
NVIDIA DRIVERS 9.10.0513 -
What you have to do is disable SLI. How you do that,
1. go to the BIOS, then to graphics, and disable hybrid SLI, then disable the 9400M (integrated graphic).
2. Next: boot the system, go to nvidia control panel, disable SLI.
3. Reboot, and now you will be able to set one of your GTX 260M to PhysX.
PS: You need verde drivers for this 2xx.xx . -
i ran mine in hybrid when i didnt do gaming. which was really never.
